As the Owner and Director of Creative Implementation, Mike leads with a deep understanding of what it takes to turn a concept and idea into a lasting, fully functional plan for implementation that focuses on ultimate teamwork and delivering the best quality product for the end user.
Mike’s journey began in the field—literally—with roles as a craft laborer in both commercial and residential settings. That ground-up perspective has shaped his holistic approach, one that values collaboration, precision, and integrity. Over the years, he’s worn many hats: field supervisor, preconstruction lead, project manager, and consultant. He’s contributed to major projects through respected general contractors like The Neenan Company and DPR Construction, as well as through independent subcontracting and advisory roles.
Today, Mike is focused on delivering high-quality site concrete, site furnishings, and landscaping that not only meet but elevate expectations. His passion lies in building spaces that are both beautiful and built to last—where every detail reflects a commitment to craft, people, and purpose.
With over 24 years of experience in both commercial and residential construction, I specialize in concrete installation and a wide range of concrete-related disciplines. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in multiple leadership roles including Concrete Finisher, Carpenter/Form Setter, Leadman, Foreman, Assistant Superintendent, and Superintendent, overseeing complex and high-profile projects from planning through completion.
I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to major construction efforts with some of the industry’s leading companies, including DPR Construction, PERI Formworks, Big-D Construction, Baker Concrete, and Coloscapes Concrete.
My hands-on experience spans data centers, tilt-up construction, flatwork and paving, and structural/vertical concrete work. Some notable projects I’ve been a part of include: QTS Data Center, Hawaii Navy EASE, Holocaust Museum (California), Alamogordo Air Force Base, Alliant Energy Data Center, American Family Insurance Headquarters, Good Samaritan Hospital.
Known for a results-driven approach and strong leadership on-site, I bring both technical skill and project coordination expertise to every job, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency at every stage.
